Here is a great recipe I have made using the Thermomix that makes a delicious gluten free swiss roll that you can fill with jam or jam and cream, hazelnut chocolate spread or cream or lemon curd and cream. These are just a few ideas, you can get creative!

Dusted Jam Drops Recipe (Gluten Free)

So here it is, jam drops for everyone, even those with coeliacs disease. The recipe is fairly simple, with the addition of almond butter and flax meal, the biscuit crumb is a little denser, crunchy on the outside, chewy in the middle, and less powdery than usual. I used homemade mariposa plum jam for the middle. Needless to say, they were gone in a couple of hours!

These quick Banana Bread Bites have been the most requested and most popular snack in our home for most of winter now, so I thought I'd share them with you. One of those recipes that can be made without much thinking, grab a fork and a stainless steel bowl to mash the bananas and then whip them up. Simply pour into a cake tin and pop straight into the oven. No fuss, just like most recipes that appeal to me!
Strawberry Euro Cake (Gluten Free)

Traditionally in Europe this cake is made after breakfast, once you have rounded up all the strawberries in the patch and brought the spoils back inside. I have adapted the recipe to be gluten-free. I have found that adding almond butter makes a fluffier sponge and that yogurt, sour cream or thickened cream all work great in the recipe, so you can use whatever you have in your fridge.

Many different charms with all sorts of meanings used to be placed in the dough before baking, for example, whoever got the gold ring would be next to marry!

Well this is an old simple chocolate cake recipe given to me from the 1930's, its basic and turns out beautiful and delicious. I varied this time by only by adding gluten free flour instead of regular flour, I use the "Lauke" Gluten Free White Bread /Biscuit/Cake Flour, which acts very similar to regular wheat varieties.
